Meet Anderson

Anderson has always been someone who cares deeply about Community. Growing up in Massachusetts, he spent a lot of time in his neighborhood helping others, doing his best to be a positive role for the people around him.

Whether it was lending a hand to neighbors, helping friends and family solve everyday problems, or guiding people through technology they didn’t understand, Anderson naturally became someone others turned to for help.

Over time, technology became one of those most common things people needed assistance with — from setting up WiFi and connecting smart TVs to troubleshooting phones and computers. What felt simple to him often felt overwhelming to others.

That’s what inspired Anderson to create Neighborhood Tech Navigation. The goal is simple: use his knowledge and experience to give back to communities across Massachusetts by providing friendly, reliable tech support that helps people feel confident using the technology in their home.
